There’s a pretty active Nissan/Datsun Z Club here in the Triangle area. They put on a few annual car shows in conjunction with local Nissan dealerships. I stopped by their fall show yesterday at Leith Nissan in Cary to snap a few shots of the cars. It was a decent sized show with a handful of folks even coming down from the Virginia Z club. Enjoy:
- 370Z Roadster
- I still wish they had taken a different direction with the Leaf styling
- Haha, under the hood is a little deceptive. What you’re looking at is the inverter for the AC motor underneath.
- You know I had to take pictures of the Leaf
- V8 Titan
- Leith Nissan had a few new cars for people to look at. This is Nissan’s commercial cargo van.
- Z31 section
- Datsun section
- It looks like a factory job.
- Custom built convertible Datsun Z.
- 350Z track wheels on a Z32 300ZX. Very nice.
- I’m not sure if this is a factory color, but I like it.
- Check out the projector headlights.
- 10th Anniversary Datsun Z
- There was a strong showing of the Z31 300zx’s.
- Yokohama AVS wheels were a good choice.
- Supercharger under the hood.
- Kind of cool carbon 2-tone thing going on.
- Heavily modified 350Z
- Very well presented old Datsun roadster.
- Spec sheet.
- Another aftermarket dual intake system.
- I’ve always liked these factory wheels on the 350Z.
- The Nismo also has special ECU tuning and H-pipe exhaust for extra power. This car also had an aftermarket dual intake.
- The Nismo 370Z comes with stiffer suspension and body dampers as well as these awesome 19 inch Rays wheels, larger brakes and viscous limited slip differential.
- Right off the bat there was a Nismo (Nissan Motorsports) edition 370Z
